On Monday the 16 of August , my classroom room 11 and I had a cycling session after morning tea . My teacher Mrs Tupou-Fonua taught us how to be safe while riding on a bike . First we put on our helmet then we all lined up in a line with our bikes and then we pushed our selves to see how far we can go without peddling on the bike . After that we had one lap around the basketball and netball court and on the bike track , after that we rode back to the courts and parked our bikes and took off our helmets luckily we all got back without any injuries.
